Exclusive Raw Hair comes from a single donor per bundle, with a lifespan of up to 3 years when cared for properly; the business calls it the highest quality hair it offers. Designer Mink is also single-donor, with a lifespan of up to 2 years. Cambodian hair is offered only in Designer Mink and in 613. Each bundle weighs 100 grams (3.5 oz). Bundle deals, frontals and closures, including thin, see-through HD lace, round out the line.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the service cost, though rebooks need no deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled through the booking confirmation email up to 24 hours before the original time, or canceled up to 24 hours before. A 15-minute grace period applies; after that a $20 late fee is added, and appointments are canceled if the client is more than 20 minutes late. Hair should arrive free of styling and fully detangled, or a $30 fee applies. Makeup clients should arrive with a clean face and groomed brows, and only new, unused lashes are used. Children and extra guests are not allowed. Zelle and credit cards are accepted, and clients keep a valid card on file. Online orders prefer PayPal, with credit and debit cards also accepted. Orders placed before 6pm EST are processed the same day, and later orders the next business day. Processing takes up to 2 business days, then about 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Opened human hair cannot be returned or exchanged under federal law. Return, exchange and replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receipt, and sale items are final.
