Booking details: the studio is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead avoid a fee, while changes inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Gift cards come in $75, $100, $200 or $250 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final. A patch test is available, but it cannot be done on the day of a service and needs a 24-hour wait.
