The salon says its mission is to offer attentive service in a polished, relaxing setting, with a clean and comfortable space, current tanning technology and fair prices. A visit can begin with a no-obligation tour and consultation on how the tanning systems work. Staff are expected to learn about skin types, the tanning process and every product the salon sells, and the beds are wiped down with a hypoallergenic sanitizing solution before each use.

A one-week VIP All Access pass at $65 covers the full salon and its beds. Gift certificates are available, and the salon accepts competitors' coupons for the same product or bed.

Sunless tanning uses the Mystic HD booth, which applies the product with a heated, airbrush-style spray and keeps skin dry. The booth has no age restriction. The salon also offers a Bridal Party Package at $79, which includes two regular tans in any level of bed, two Mystic sunless spray tans and Twilight Teeth Whitening.
