The studio removes hair with sugar paste rather than wax. The paste is applied at body temperature and lifted in the direction of hair growth, then rinses off with water without leaving a sticky residue. According to the salon, sugaring feels gentler and less painful than waxing, and it states that sugar paste leads to less breakage, fewer ingrowns and longer-lasting results.
Each appointment is with one client at a time in the private suite. Hospital-grade sanitation is used and gloves are worn for every service, and an aftercare guide comes with each treatment.
