The building sits behind the Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts on Celanese, beside Burn Boot Camp, and clients are asked to enter through the parking area at the back. The studio is about eight minutes from I-77, Exit 82C. The Lancaster location has closed, and all services now take place in Rock Hill.

The menu covers facials, massage, waxing, brow and lash services, add-ons, and seasonal packages. Facials range from a 45-minute back facial and a teen facial for ages 10 to 18 to customized sessions of 60 or 90 minutes, which are tailored to skin and concerns and often suggested every four to six weeks. Specialty facials include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, LED light and PCA chemical peels, which are chosen after a consultation. Massage options include cupping, hot stone, lymphatic, red light and prenatal massage.
Hours are Tuesday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. The studio is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments require a credit card hold, and changes need at least 24 hours notice. A fee of half the full service cost applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations. Cash, cards, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay and PayPal are accepted, and a 3% fee is added to credit card payments. Clients can text 803-209-1879 with appointment questions.
