Every visit is by appointment, and walk-ins are not taken. New clients need to book a skin consultation before corrective services, chemical peels, bootcamps or advanced modalities. Treatments are customized to each client's concerns, starting with an assessment and then treatment, with the routine adjusted at each step. Professional-grade homecare is paired with in-studio work. A one-on-one virtual skin consultation by video is available for $100, prepaid at booking, and clients submit intake forms and photos at least 48 hours before the appointment.
The studio's menu is grouped into consultations, facials, peels and treatments. Signature offerings include VISIA skin imaging with an introductory treatment, Glacial FX cooling therapy, the HydraFacial with LightStim LED therapy and optional add-ons, SkinPen microneedling, and the Signature Treatment, which is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute versions. Cosmelan is a professional mask applied in the studio and continued at home, and the peel menu also includes BioRePeel, the VI Peel and a growth factor peel.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service total. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, and clients 15 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows. Retail products and services are not refundable. Pay-over-time financing through Cherry is available, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99% APR.
