Appointments are confirmed by text or email, and an appointment without a reply by 8 PM the night before may be forfeited. Unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be cleared before new bookings. Clients on Accutane cannot be waxed and must wait 6 to 12 months with doctor approval. Tretinoin should be stopped at least 2 weeks before, and retinols and exfoliating acids at least 1 week before. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice before a wax, with clients asked to wax every 4 to 6 weeks and avoid shaving in between.
