Multistep moisture, seaweed and anti-cellulite wraps each run about an hour and fifteen minutes and combine exfoliation, massage and a heated wrap, with a scalp or foot massage included. The head spa treatment is a Japanese-style, scalp-focused service that includes a hydrating jelly mask and upper body work. The Garden Glow Ritual is the longest option, around two and a half hours, pairing a head spa treatment with a Swedish massage and a foot exfoliation; a hemp oil upgrade is available for an extra fee.

Facials are performed by licensed estheticians, according to the spa. The range runs from a 30-minute cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate facial with no extractions, to a one-hour acne facial that includes extractions, a dermaplaning facial using the Ormedic line, and a hydrofacial that uses microdermabrasion and Image Skincare products. A prenatal facial uses pregnancy-safe products and includes extractions and dermaplaning, and a pumpkin enzyme facial is also on the menu. Clients can combine a 30-minute massage with a short Glow and Go facial for a single booking.

Massage therapists are professionally licensed, according to the spa. Options include Swedish-style relaxation and tension release sessions, warm river stone and Himalayan salt stone massages, a CBD oil massage using CBD infused with essential oils, a Thai-based assisted stretch with acupressure, and manual lymph drainage, which requires clients to be at least six weeks past surgery. Prenatal massage is offered, but not during the first trimester. Warm river stone massage must be booked at least an hour ahead. Couples' massages can only be booked by phone, and gift certificates are available. Treatment plans can be requested by inquiry.

Waxing covers the chin, lip, brows, armpits and full face at lower price points. Before and after a visit, guests can expect hot towels and aromatherapy with essential oils, and the waiting area is described as clean and spacious.
