For lash extensions, classic, hybrid and volume sets are offered. The hybrid set ($110, about 2 hours) mixes classic and volume techniques for a textured, natural look. The volume set ($130, about 2 hours 10 minutes) uses handmade fans, built for each eye shape, with each natural lash given a fan of 2D to 6D or more. Silk lashes are used throughout. Refills must be booked within 3 weeks of the last appointment; after that, the visit is booked as a new set.

Lash lifting ($75, about 1 hour) curls and lifts natural lashes without extensions, and includes a tint to deepen lash color. The studio says results last 6 to 8 weeks. Brow lamination ($75, about 1 hour) smooths and sets the brow hairs for a fuller, defined finish, and includes design and nourishment, also said to last 6 to 8 weeks. Eyebrow waxing and design ($25, 30 minutes) shapes the brows to each client's face. Facial waxing covers the upper lip and chin ($15, 10 minutes), and a combined brow, upper lip and chin wax is $30 for about 40 minutes.

Bookings are made online by choosing a service, day and time, with confirmation sent right away. The studio does not take walk-ins. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, makeup, creams or oils around the eyes. Anyone with flu-like symptoms, a cough, conjunctivitis or eye irritation is asked to reschedule. Staff wear disposable gloves, disinfect surfaces and tools between clients, and use disposable supplies. Packages let clients buy services in bulk and use them later. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday with shorter midweek hours, and is closed Tuesdays and Fridays.
