Alexa created Glow Haven after working at two spas in the Columbus area over five years. She trained at Aveda Institute, graduating in 2020, and now focuses on skin, lashes, and brows.

The menu is organized around facials, from a quick enzyme-based refresh to longer treatments with nanoneedling and red light. Facials are built to match skin needs, and the studio also offers a back facial, brow shaping and tinting, lash lifts, and waxing. Several add-ons can be combined with any facial, and the studio has bundles that pair lash and brow services.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2:30 PM. The studio is closed Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled by text at (937) 243-3612. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
