Hours run Monday and Tuesday from noon to 7 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to noon. The studio is closed on Sundays. To hold an appointment, clients pay a deposit of 30% of the service total at booking, and that deposit is credited toward the final bill. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit, and a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total may apply. A no-show without notice is charged 50% of the total service cost, with the deposit forfeited. Payment in person can be split with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Several services have specific details worth knowing. The eyebrow service covers shaping, trimming and tweezing, includes a complimentary fill-in, and takes about 15 minutes for $20. Full face waxing covers the area from hairline to neck, excluding the back of the neck, and takes about 30 minutes for $50. Full leg waxing runs from the outside of the bikini line to the toes, about 45 minutes for $80. The Brazilian service covers the bikini line, mons pubis, labia and a butt strip, but not the full butt cheeks, and takes about 25 minutes for $55. A bikini full service covers the bikini line, mons pubis and labia, excluding the butt strip, for $45 in about 15 minutes. A Brazilian and underarm combination is priced at $65 for about 20 minutes, which the studio says would be $75 if booked separately.
The full vajacial is a treatment that uses a cooling hydrogel mask. It can be booked on its own or after a wax at the studio, with three options starting at $16 for about 10 minutes or more. Vajazzle is an accessorizing treatment for intimate areas, priced at $10 for about 10 minutes.
Memberships are billed every four weeks and save 15% on services and 10% on any additional services. Prepaid packages come in 7 and 12 visit versions for several services, with buy-six-get-one-free or buy-nine-get-three-free terms, and credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and can be sent immediately or on a chosen date. Gift card sales are final.
