Each visit opens with a personalized consultation covering the client's goals and skin needs. The team describes its approach as effective skincare aimed at long-term results. It sells skincare products the team has hand-picked and recommends take-home products to help maintain treatment results at home.

Services are sorted into facials, Hydrafacial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, scalp treatments and add-ons. According to the salon, its Platinum Hydrafacial is the most requested option. That version pairs Lift + Sculpt lymphatic drainage with a serum that boosts the treatment, LED light, a tailored Hydrojelly mask, chilled ice globes, and massage for the neck and decollete. Dermaplaning can be added on. Other Hydrafacial choices span the Deluxe and Signature versions and the Glass Skin Treatment, which adds salmon DNA microinfusion and red light therapy to a Hydrafacial. The salon recommends a Bridal Hydrafacial for the week of a wedding.

Chemical peel options include BioRePeel, a 30% TCA peel, and The Bright Skin Peel, which uses l-lactic acid and includes extractions and LED light therapy. Clients booking BioRePeel are asked to stop retinol seven days before the appointment. ProCell microchanneling, which the salon says stimulates collagen and elastin, is also offered with a biocellulose mask and two aftercare serums.

The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Tuesdays and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Free parking is available in the lot in front of the med spa. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service. A no-show is charged the full cost to the card on file, and that fee cannot be applied to a future service. Appointments may be rescheduled if a client arrives 10 minutes late. Full cost is charged for an appointment when a client has had Botox, filler, threads, laser or another invasive procedure beforehand. Products and services are not refundable or exchangeable.
