Facial treatments, facial contouring massage and HydraFacial sessions are booked through the studio, with appointments confirmed by text message from Square. Clients text when they cancel or arrive, and are asked to arrive five minutes before their appointment. Skincare products come from Eminence Organic Skincare. New customers complete a skincare questionnaire before any product order is filled.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $50 fee, and the full service price is charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. Clients with a rash or an active cold sore need to cancel. Any fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked. During a DMV winter weather advisory or warning, clients who judge travel unsafe may cancel within the 24-hour window at no charge by texting. If the studio closes for inclement weather, cancelled appointments cannot be rescheduled. Late arrivals caused by traffic shorten the appointment, so clients are asked to check Waze or Google Maps for travel time. A cancellation list is kept, and the owner contacts people directly when an opening comes up.
