A visit begins with a conversation about what the client wants to address. The appointment then moves through four steps: a skin consultation, a custom facial plan, a focused treatment, and aftercare guidance. The treatment is adjusted to the client's skin, comfort and goals. The business describes itself as combining the detail of a beauty salon with the attention of a skin care clinic.

The menu falls into three groups. Facials include a slower-paced Facial Spa with cleansing, massage, a mask and finishing products; a Hydrating Facial for dry, tight, dull or tired-looking skin; an Acne Facial; an Anti-Aging Facial; and customized Facial Treatments.
