Facials are built around each client's skin. The business uses professional-grade skincare products and describes its facials as results-driven. The menu runs from a 30-minute Mini Facial or Express Refresh Facial to 60-minute options such as the Acne Clarifying and Glow Signature facials. A Basic Facial takes 80 minutes and suits first-time clients and monthly upkeep. The Back Facial is a 60-minute treatment with exfoliation, steam, extractions and a mask. The Premium Hydra and Gold Luxury facials are the higher-level options, and both facials and waxing can be booked online.

Hot yoga is taught at the Doraville location, inside Roman Holiday Spa, and the yoga room is heated. The schedule runs from 6 am to 10 pm every day. Live classes led by Mia cost $25 for 60 minutes. Video classes cost $15 and run 60 or 90 minutes. The first class is free for new students, and walk-ins are welcome or clients can call ahead. Personal training sessions are booked by phone.

Facial packages come in 5- and 10-session versions, each listed with one free session. Waxing is sold per visit or as six-session bundles, covering areas from the lip to the full leg. Fractional RF microneedling, which pairs microneedling with radiofrequency energy, is also on the menu.
