The studio is at 216-17 Merrick Blvd in Queens. Its menu includes standard facials, men's facials, a teen facial, brow waxing, chemical peels, and a Vajacial/Combo appointment that pairs services together.

Waxing is a main part of the menu. A Wax Wednesdays special runs on Wednesdays only, and wax subscription packages are available for clients who want regular appointments. Facial subscriptions are also offered. The studio has a State Board Prep appointment type for people preparing for their state licensing exam.

Gift certificates and packages are available, and clients can check their gift card balance online. Clients are encouraged to create an online account to manage bookings. Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling are handled through the confirmation email.

Booking policies are set out clearly. Late arrivals get an 8-minute grace period, after which the service may not be given or the appointment may be cancelled. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead. A cancellation made the same day or within 2 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the booked service. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the service booked. Taxes are included in the listed prices.
