The menu runs from a 30-minute express facial and a 45-minute teen facial through signature facials, peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling, along with brow shaping, brow tinting, brow lamination, airbrush brows and lip waxing. Add-ons such as LED light, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, enzyme exfoliation and a hydro jelly mask can be layered onto a visit. The studio says its treatments are clinically proven to smooth and firm skin texture, and that some of its treatments are FDA approved to brighten skin tone. It describes its microneedling pen as the only FDA approved microneedling pen.

Booking requires a 20% deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment, or not showing up, incurs a 50% fee, and a deposit must be moved to a new appointment within 24 hours or it is forfeited. During winter weather advisories, clients who cannot safely travel may reschedule within that window at no charge. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. A 10-minute grace period applies, and anyone more than 15 minutes late is treated as a no-show with 50% payment due.

Children cannot come along to appointments, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Only guests with appointments may be in the studio, food and drink are not permitted, and phones should be silenced on arrival. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings, and it may decline a service it believes will not produce the desired outcome.

Free parking is available behind the building, and street metered parking is also nearby. Visitors are asked to call before arriving from North Broadway so staff can let them in.
