Visits usually begin with a consultation, which can be done by video call or FaceTime or in person. It is used to look at skin concerns and suggest services and skincare. The Signature GBC Facial is recommended for first-time clients and combines cleansing, exfoliating, masking, toning and moisturizing, with a hand and arm massage if wanted.

The facial menu runs from a short 30-minute express cleanse to longer treatments. These include dermaplaning, a dermaplane bonus facial with an enzyme treatment, microdermabrasion, a deep exfoliation facial for clogged pores, a hydrating facial for dry or dehydrated skin, a polished facial for men and a back facial. There is also a beard wash and growth treatment for men.

Body and waxing services cover underarms, bikini, Brazilian and vaginal areas, along with chest, back, chin, facial hair and the happy trail. Massage is offered for the hands, arms, shoulders and face, including a jade stone facial massage. Add-ons such as lip scrub, lip treatment, extractions, high frequency, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion and dermaplane can be added to a visit.

Booking is done online. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book and is applied to the service; it can be paid through Zelle or Apple Cash. Clients paying with cash only must confirm at least 12 hours before. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, arriving more than 15 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and appointments are cancelled if the client is more than 30 minutes late. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are banned from online booking and must pay a $50 fee before booking again.

Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be emailed on a chosen date, and are final sale.
