Every skin treatment starts with a consultation and a double cleanse chosen for the skin's needs. Two masks are applied, with extractions and two steamed towels after each mask, and the treatment includes a massage on the neck, chest, arms and hands. Ultra Glossy treatments receive a third steamed towel. Add-ons include an extended facial massage, a hydrojelly mask and high frequency. Facials range from a 40-minute back facial to a 1 hour 20 minute lymphatic drainage and acupressure facial, and some treatments, such as the Butt Facial, are listed for body concerns like butt acne and post-acne scars.

The waxing menu spans brow and upper lip work through to legs, back and combination packages. A face wax takes in the brows, upper lip, cheeks, chin, jawline and hairline. Several combination waxes are priced lower when booked on a Wednesday. The studio suggests waxing once a month or once every six weeks, and says results can last three to six weeks. After a Brazilian or underarm wax, clients can add a hydrojelly mask containing alpha arbutin or vitamin C for a brighter complexion. Clients prone to ingrown hairs can add high frequency after a wax.

Brows and lashes are a separate part of the menu. Brow waxing and brow tinting are offered, and the tint can be added to any other service. According to the studio, a tint lasts on skin up to 10 days and on hair up to three weeks. Lash lifts are said to last up to about six weeks with little to no maintenance, and brow laminations up to four weeks, with a spoolie used each morning to comb the brows. Clients who book these services receive a care kit that includes castor oil.

All sales are final, according to the studio's returns policy.

Treatments are customized to skin needs, with a consultation before each skin treatment and a choice of add-ons to suit the client.
