Color is the largest part of the menu. Options run from glosses and toners and root touch ups for grey coverage to mini highlights with 15 to 20 foils, all-over permanent color, full glam color and partial or full lightening. Clients who are unsure exactly what they want can book a longer customized color appointment, and anyone undecided can start with a free 25-minute consultation to find the right service.
Styling and maintenance are also offered. A women's cut includes a wash, mask and blowout or style, and a short trim can be added to another booking. The Blow Out membership is $215 a month and covers a wash, scalp massage and dry and round brush curls. Members' benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout when they book a service on the services page.
Booking comes with a few policies to know. Color services require a deposit, ranging from $25 for a gloss appointment to $40 for customized, lightening, all-over and full glam color. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice, and changes inside that window carry a fee based on service length. No-shows are charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Each visit can begin with a free consultation so the service matches what the client wants. Customized color is available for clients still deciding on a look.
