The salon's flagship is Locket Hair Extensions, a system Emi Wheaton designed in 2013. It is a patent-pending design that uses no glue, tape or thread, and the salon describes it as the most damage-free, lightweight and fast extension method in the industry. Extensions are made from European virgin cuticle remy hair in over 30 shades and in lengths from 16 to 24 inches. Each pack includes ten wefts, five of them for the pink collection. According to the salon, Locket extensions last eight months or longer with proper care. Installation takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and a move-up on a full head about 15 minutes.

A visit begins with a consultation, which is required to determine the length and number of packs needed. The salon describes a luxury experience from arrival to departure, with one-on-one consultations for extensions. Locket 16-inch packs start at $375 and include hair, installation, cut and style. 20-inch packs start at $400, 24-inch packs start at $450, and maintenance move-ups start at $60 per pack. A non-refundable deposit is required for all extension services. Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours ahead, and last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee.
