The location started as a traditional nail salon. After a change in ownership, the business was reworked into the artisan lounge it is today.

Services cover extensions and enhancements in acrylic, Gel-X, builder gel, luminary, hard gel and sculpted forms, along with dip, fills, overlays and repairs. Manicures and pedicures range from quick express services to longer spa-style options, and kids have their own mini services. Nail art includes hand-painted designs, airbrush work, chrome powder, cat eye gel, encapsulated art and decals. Press-on sets are made by the Haus Artists, each one a one-of-a-kind design, and custom sets can be matched to a client's colors, shape, length and art.

Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended for evenings after 7 PM and for detailed custom nail art. Bookings are made online through GlossGenius. The salon asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes; changes made within 24 hours carry a 25% fee of the reserved service. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late are covered by a grace period, and arrivals 16 or more minutes late are treated as no-shows and may be charged up to 50% of the service. Clients running late should call ahead.

The salon says it values artistry, skill, cleanliness and continuing education.
