Extensions are only fitted when the client's own hair matches the extensions and is healthy enough to take them. Consultations look at what a client needs now and over the longer term, and the stylist explains what to expect based on the condition of the hair.

The salon has offered Brazilian keratin straightening and conditioning for over twelve years and says it was among the first in Atlanta to offer it. Keratin formulas come in traditional and formaldehyde-free versions, with same-day and one-day options, and the treatment can be done over other chemical services. Hair color is done with Wella, Keune, Redken, and Paul Mitchell products.

Beyond hair, the salon offers makeup, including eyebrow and lash tinting, personal shopping and image consulting by appointment, and special occasion hair and makeup. A beauty and surgical enhancement consultation helps clients think through procedure decisions.
