The catalogue includes knotless braids, box braids, boho braids, cornrows, stitch braids, Fulani braids, twists, crochet styles and locs, along with natural hair styles and touch-ups and take-downs for existing braids.

Clients can book online or text to check availability. A non-refundable $30 deposit is due within 20 minutes of the appointment confirmation email, or the booking is canceled. The deposit is deducted from the total, and the final payment is taken in cash or by Zelle. Cancelling on the day of the appointment forfeits the deposit.

Appointment length depends on the style, its size and sometimes the client's hair type. Hair must arrive clean, free of product and blown out as straight as possible, since the business does not wash hair. Hair is not included in the price, but it can be supplied for an extra fee. Clients are asked to arrive on time, with a 15-minute grace period before an appointment is canceled at 20 minutes late. Extra guests are not allowed during appointments, clients should bring headphones, and bookings should not be made on the day of an event because the stylist does not rush the work. Children under 8 and men are not braided. Clients can text for a style that is not in the catalogue and the business will say whether it is available.
