The studio was founded by Estefani to be a friendly, non-judgmental place focused on first-time waxing clients, and regulars are welcome too. Services are offered in both English and Spanish. The studio is described as clean and private.

Booking is done online through GlossGenius. Deposits run from $5 to $25 depending on the service, and some deposits apply only to new clients. Hours on the home page are Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Friday 2 PM to 7 PM, and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM, with Tuesday and Sunday closed. Each wax is tailored to the client's skin, hair type and comfort level.

Brazilian waxing is the studio's main specialty. Options include a standard Brazilian wax, a Brazilian wax with a hydrojelly mask meant to calm skin, reduce redness and help prevent ingrowns, and a Mini-Vajacial for female anatomy that adds extractions when needed and cold gloves. Before a wax, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly three to four weeks of growth. Clients are advised to exfoliate 24 hours ahead and avoid lotions or oils that day, and to schedule Brazilian waxes every four to five weeks. Aftercare advice includes skipping hot tubs, pools, saunas and hot baths for 24 to 48 hours, then exfoliating two to three times a week and using a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer daily.

Every waxing appointment is planned around the individual: skin condition, hair texture and comfort threshold guide the approach, and the salon uses trade-grade products and methods.
