A visit usually starts with a free consultation, which can be booked online and is offered for injectables, skincare and body treatments. Treatment plans are tailored to the client's goals and, for injectables, to facial anatomy. Laser plans begin with a skin assessment and may pair lasers with medical-grade skincare, and laser clients receive written pre- and post-treatment instructions along with follow-up visits. After skincare treatments the team offers home care guidance and follow-up support.

The practice runs memberships from $50 per month on a 12-month contract, along with payment plans offered through Cherry. The studio is located in Newton Center, reachable by the Green Line D branch, with street parking nearby. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 5, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 7, and Saturday from 9 to 4, and is closed Sundays.
