The acne program begins with a consultation. First-time clients need to finish either a consultation on its own or a consultation plus one treatment before they can book as existing clients. Separately from the consultation, they're also invited to purchase a starter product kit, which costs up to $200 and covers about three months. Treatments are built around Face Reality Skincare products, and the regimen is tailored to each client. A single visit may include surface cleansing, gentle chemical peels or steam, exfoliation, antibacterial and corrective serums, and extractions. Treatments are usually recommended every two to three weeks, while consultation appointments are set for every two weeks. The Get Clear package includes three appointments for $365, which the salon says is $110 less than booking the same three separately.
The facial menu includes Procell microchanneling, microdermabrasion, an OxygenBlast facial, a Fabulous Facial and an arm and hand exfoliation that can be added to any facial. Procell microchanneling uses a specialized device to create microchannels in the skin, which is meant to support collagen production. The business notes that two to three treatments may show a more consistent improvement, and that six or more may be recommended for scarring, laxity and wrinkles. The business says Procell is safe for all skin types when properly performed, but it is discouraged for people who are pregnant or nursing, people with certain immune-impairing conditions, and people who have taken Accutane in the past two years.
Lash services include removal, classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume extensions, and refills. Hybrid extensions combine classic and volume lashes, with multiple extensions applied to each natural lash. Volume extensions use a fan of 6D to 10D lashes applied to one natural lash, while mega volume extensions use 10D to 14D fans of very thin extensions. Refills should be booked after 28 days.
New clients receive 10% off facial services, excluding the Acne Bootcamp Kickstart and package deals, and the offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Gift cards are non-returnable and balances can be checked on the gift card page. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Acne care is customized to each client, using a regimen of Face Reality Skincare products and treatments spaced every two to three weeks after an initial consultation.
