Glo By Lo began after the owner finished esthetician school. It first operated in Red Oak and moved to its current Trinity Groves studio as its client base grew.

The facial menu covers chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, HydraGlo, nano-infusion, a consultation facial, the GLO Up Facial, a breakouts-focused facial, and teen facials. Waxing is offered for the body and the face. Virtual consultations are available Monday through Thursday to help clients choose a facial and get regimen recommendations. Clients are asked to come alone, arrive with clean skin and no makeup, since makeup takes time from the appointment. Dos and Don'ts instructions arrive by email after booking. Facials need a 50% deposit and waxing needs a $30 deposit, both applied to the total. Consultations and teen facials are paid in full at booking.

Several treatments come as three-session packages. The TCA Peel Series is $270 and mixes TCA peels from 7% to 10% strength. The New Face Me, Please! package is $410 and uses a 15% TCA peel only. The GLO Up or HydraGlo package is $410 for three facials. The microneedling package is $850. Packages must be bought before booking and used within six months.
