The studio was founded by a registered nurse whose aesthetic work grew out of her years in hospital nursing. It is a medical aesthetics practice, and its services are grouped into injectables, neurotoxin treatments and skin health.
Neurotoxin options use Botox or Dysport for forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, eyebrow lift, bunny lines, chin dimpling and neck bands, and for a lip flip or gummy smile. Masseter treatments are offered for jaw clenching, grinding and TMJ tension and for lower-face slimming. Injectable fillers are used on the lips, cheeks, smile lines, jawline, marionette lines and chin. Sculptra is offered for volume loss and skin laxity, SkinVive for skin quality on the cheeks, and Hylenex to dissolve filler that is unwanted or misplaced.
On the skin side, the menu includes several custom facials (Fire and Ice, Timeless Glo, Clear Intentions, Dew You Glo and Glo Getter), dermaplaning, a teen facial for clients under 18, SkinPen microneedling and VI Peels for the face and neck or the body. The salon recommends facials every four to six weeks and microneedling or peels four to six weeks apart. Retail skincare products are also sold.
Several services begin with a consultation. Injectable consultations run 60 minutes and cover neurotoxins, dermal fillers and regenerative therapies so a personal plan can be built. Hyperhydrosis and masseter treatments require a consultation first, and lip filler consultations are recommended for first-time users or anyone with a history of cold sores.
The studio is open Monday from noon to 5pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 5pm, Wednesday from noon to 8pm and Friday from 10am to 3pm. It is closed on weekends.
Plans are built around each client's goals, and techniques are adjusted to individual anatomy.
A ground-level suite in a downtown building, a short walk from the river, with a main entrance on 2nd Street and a back entrance facing the water.
