Cleanliness is its top priority, and technicians follow strict sanitation standards. Implements go through medical-grade sterilization and disinfection between each service. Buffers and files are one-use items that are thrown away after a single client, and every pedicure includes liner protection.
Manicures come in three tiers. The regular manicure covers polish removal, cutting and shaping, a gentle cuticle trim, a light buff, a lotion massage and polish of choice. The gold manicure adds a salt scrub and a salt and oil scrub, and the royal manicure adds a mineral mud mask and a Dead Sea salt soak. A Dead Sea Minerals manicure is also listed, with a warm Dead Sea salt soak, shaping, cuticle cleaning, a salt and oil scrub and a lower arm and hand massage.
Pedicures follow the same tiers. The regular pedicure includes a whirlpool soak with a mint rock, trimming and shaping, a mint scrub, a lotion massage and toenail polish. The gold spa pedicure adds a sea salt scrub and an oil massage. The diamond spa pedicure adds a Dead Sea salt soak, a warm towel wrap, a hot stone massage and foot cream. The royal organic deluxe pedicure adds an organic sea salt scrub, a leg mask, callus removal and an organic oil massage with hot stone, and includes a free French tip. Each of these is priced for regular polish or gel polish.
Nail care covers acrylic extensions, acrylic with gel color, pink and white acrylic with a gel top coat, LCN, UV gel with gel color and dipping powder, each available as a fill-in or a full set. Long, wide, curved or stiletto nails carry an additional charge. The salon advises refills or enhancements every two to three weeks, because extensions can gradually wear off, and says acrylic fills should not go longer than three weeks without a fill and nail treatment. Additional services include polish changes, nail trimming, nail repair, airbrush or nail art, deep French tips, French or American tips and soak-off removal. Kids services are offered for children under 12 and include manicures, pedicures and polish changes. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, back and chest.
Policies cover the work after the visit. Regular polish may last up to three days and gel polish is guaranteed for up to two weeks, depending on wear. Services and products carry a one-week guarantee that is void if the nails are serviced elsewhere or other listed conditions apply. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and fixes caused by application or product may be done as a free touch-up. Concerns raised after 48 hours, or after aftercare instructions were not followed, are charged at the full service price. Justified complaints are resolved by redoing the agreed treatment, and complaints must be made in writing or by phone within three working days of discovery. The salon does not give refunds on services or products.
