Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. The Spa Pedicure covers nail care, callus removal, a sugar scrub massage and regular polish. Deluxe adds paraffin and a warm towel wrap. Above that are the Citrus Bliss, Volcanic Detox, Collagen, CBD Volcano and Golden Mystique pedicures, each built around its own soak, scrub, mask and massage steps, with paraffin, hot towels or hot stones in most. The salon offers more than 600 color selections, and gel polish can be added to any manicure or pedicure. Water, soda, red wine and white wine are complimentary, with valid ID required for wine.

Cleanliness is central to the service. Once a client leaves, chairs, basins and detachable jets are wiped down and disinfected, and every pedicure gets a brand-new disposable liner. Reusable tools go through a Barbicide wash and disinfection step before being stored in a UV cabinet. Anything meant for one use is tossed after the visit. No autoclave is used here, and the business does not label its process sterilization. According to the salon, its hygiene standards are exceptional.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, and appointments are recommended for preferred timing, a specific technician or a special occasion. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 7:30pm, Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm, and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm, and Sundays are walk-in only, when specific services and technicians cannot be guaranteed. Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes early, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested for changes when possible. Those more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, partly handed to another technician or rebooked. For weekends, holidays and events such as proms and weddings, booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended. Bridal parties, birthdays and corporate events are arranged directly by phone or email. Gratuity is not required, and guests who tip commonly choose 15 to 20 percent of the service total. Gift cards are sold in store and do not expire.

Discounts include 15 percent off salon services every week with valid ID, a discount for medical professionals on Mondays, one for teachers, faculty and students on Tuesdays, and one for military, police and firefighters on Wednesdays. A birthday special runs within 7 days of the client's birthday, and groups of 6 or more who book in advance receive 10 percent off eligible services, with deposits possibly required. Menu prices are approximate and subject to change.

The salon focuses on cosmetic nail and beauty services and describes a sanitation routine for each client. Technicians do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
