Lash work ranges from cluster lashes and classic fill-ins to hybrid and volume full sets, with the hybrid set customized to eye shape and desired length. Fill-ins are for existing clients of the matching set type, and a fill-in only qualifies if at least half of the lashes are still intact; otherwise a full set is needed. The mini fill is a shorter appointment for clients who rebook within about a week and a half and still have most of their lashes. Hair services cover trims, relaxers, color on bundles, press and curl, wig work, men's braids, haircuts, deep conditioning and a scalp treatment.
New clients are welcome. First-time clients complete a phone consultation before booking, and new clients pay a $25 deposit for several services, including full lash sets and haircut and style, or $15 for fill-ins. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 25% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full total and cannot book again. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 5 PM to 9:30 PM, Wednesday 5 PM to 9 PM, Thursday 7 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday 5 PM to 10 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 5 PM, with Tuesday and Sunday closed.
Services are customized, such as the brow wax to face shape and the hybrid lash set to eye shape, with a focus on healthy hair and precision.
