Booking requires a $15 deposit, which is applied toward the service and is nonrefundable. The remaining balance is paid in cash only. An email confirmation is sent after booking, and appointments can be changed up to 24 hours beforehand.
Clients have a 10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is kept, and rebooking requires a new deposit. No-call, no-show bookings are charged the full price of the booked service(s) to the card on file. Extra guests are not permitted, and appointment length varies slightly.
