Booking happens in steps. A signed consent form and a $40 non-refundable deposit confirm the appointment. The deposit goes by Zelle, and a screenshot of the payment is sent to the same number. The deposit is due within 15 minutes of scheduling, or the time slot is released automatically. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the visit. Consent is signed once, on a separate form that covers lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and facials and peels.

Each service comes with preparation guidance. Lash extension clients arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, eyeliner, and oils, and they take out contacts first. They avoid caffeine for at least two hours beforehand and skip lash serums or oils for the 24 hours before. Brow clients stop waxing, tweezing, and threading at least five days ahead, and avoid retinol, exfoliants, and active skincare near the brows for five to seven days. Facial clients avoid exfoliating, chemical peels, and active products such as retinol or acids for five days before, and limit sun exposure. Facial clients also share any skin conditions, allergies, or medications before the service.

Clients complete a consent form and prepare their skin or lashes in advance, following service-specific guidance before each visit.
