Glazed Skin Studio is located on Sheridan Drive in Amherst, New York. Its menu is grouped into three areas: brows and lashes, facials, and waxing. Waxing makes up most of the menu, from small areas like the nose or chin to full face, underarm, bikini and Brazilian services.

Brow and lash services include a Korean lash lift that lifts and curls natural lashes, a semi-permanent brow lamination that smooths, lifts and sets natural brows, and a combined lash lift and brow lamination visit. A lower-cost brow lamination refresh every four weeks includes a nourishing mask, waxing and shaping.

Facials range from a 30-minute deep cleanse with dermaplaning to longer treatments. The Glazed & Glossed facial includes a double cleanse, dermaplaning, LED light therapy under face masks, a hand, arm and shoulder massage, serums, moisturizer, lip care and SPF, adjusted to each client's skin needs. The R&R facial is the longest option at 90 minutes, adding steam double cleansing, steam extractions, LED light therapy, a hydrojelly mask and ice globes. Extractions can be added to The Tease or Glazed & Glossed.

Booking is done online through the studio's GlossGenius page. The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window may be charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Brow waxing requires stopping retinol at least one week beforehand, and Brazilian waxing works best with about two weeks of hair growth, with no shaving or trimming in between. The studio says Brazilian wax results can last up to four weeks, depending on hair growth.

Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Tuesday 11 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday 12 PM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

Facials are customized to each client's skin needs, and the brow and lash services focus on shaping and lifting natural hair.
