The studio's approach rests on the idea that skin looks clearer and more luminous when it is well hydrated. It describes its treatments as high-tech and made with clean, non-toxic ingredients, and says its care should be accessible, efficient and transparent. Its skin workouts center on restorative massage of the head, neck and décolleté.
Facials are performed by skin trainers, who double cleanse at the start of every facial. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a digital intake form. Appointments begin and end on time, and after a facial the trainer provides a training plan with recommended products for morning and evening routines along with suggestions for the next visit.
Signature offerings include Advanced Sculptural Face Lifting, a 90-minute two-part treatment with an external sculpting massage, an intra-oral portion, and 30 minutes of microcurrent and gua sha, which the studio recommends as 6 to 8 treatments weekly followed by monthly maintenance. Texture & Contour combines microdermabrasion, stem cell microchanneling, a hydrating mask, a contour tool and LED light therapy, and is not recommended for people who are pregnant or nursing, or who have certain medical conditions or recent medication use. Biologique Recherche is offered as a personalized facial of 60 or 90 minutes tailored to each client's skin needs.
Memberships are available through the Dew Good Club at three monthly levels: Nourish at $60, Enhance at $99 and Elevate at $145, each including one skin workout from that tier per month. All memberships include 10% off shop products and additional add-ons. Plans are billed monthly, can be frozen for up to 90 days, start with a 3-month term and then renew month to month, and require 30 days written notice to cancel. Changes to appointments require at least 48 hours' notice, with a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost for later changes and a full charge for no-shows. Gift cards can be bought in store or at getglasskin.com and used for services or products.
