Glass Skin Studio operates from Suite 212 at 300 Coles St in Jersey City, located within My Salon Suites at the foot of Cast Iron Lofts. Its client base draws from Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Bayonne and the wider New York City metro area. Visitors can park on the street in front of the suite or on nearby streets.

The studio was founded by licensed esthetician Paris J as a private, judgment-free space for skincare. Rather than offering a fixed facial, it builds each service around the client's skin goals and shapes a tailored regimen for each person. Every facial includes steam cleanse and tone, skin analysis, exfoliation, facial massage, extractions, high frequency, and a neck and décolleté massage.

The menu runs from signature facials to technology-based treatments. These include LED light therapy, ultrasound, galvanic current, oxygen and microdermabrasion facials, dermaplaning, microchanneling, and Jet Plasma, a handheld cold plasma treatment that the studio offers as a series. Chemical peels include BioRePeel, a no-downtime pigmentation peel, along with PCA Skin formulas and enzyme-based starter peels. Body options cover the back and chest, and there are brow and lip waxing services.

Pricing starts at $275 for a BioRePeel session. A NanoStamp 360 session is $350, and a package of three is $950. Jet Plasma is $375 per session and $450 when combined with BioRePeel, with packages of three or more sessions saving up to 20 percent. Peel appointments run about 1.5 hours, and the studio limits peel availability to space treatments out.

Booking is required and is done online through Glossgenius. New clients complete an intake form, and a card on file is needed to reserve. Clients are asked to arrive no more than five minutes early and to use the touchscreen keypad to be let in. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and a late cancellation fee. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Clients should arrive without makeup, and staff will remove it if needed. The studio recommends facials every four to six weeks at first, then seasonal maintenance. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are non-refundable.

Treatments are customized to each client's goals, using professional and medical-grade ingredients, with a stated focus on serving sensitive skin.
