New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to talk through goals before a service. Color work is planned around each client's aim, and the salon offers a custom color option that covers examples such as color correction, color blocking, root melt with lowlights and color removal. Between appointments, all-over toner or gloss can help maintain color.

The color menu ranges from root touch-ups and single-process color to partial and full highlights, balayage, lowlights and all-over bleach. Haircuts include a wash, trim and blow-dry with style for ages 12 and up, and a separate children's cut is offered for children under 11. Length and thickness add to haircut pricing.

Other services include a full-service scalp treatment with exfoliation, oil treatment, deep conditioning and blow-dry, plus braids, hair extension installation, updos, and sparkly hair tinsel. The salon also offers eyelash strip application with eyeliner, and full-face makeup in any style for special occasions. Retail products include Olaplex, Moroccan oil serum, Chi 44 Iron Guard, Paul Mitchell mousse, and Duo lash adhesive, along with gift cards.
