Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes, waxing and other offerings. Brow work includes waxing and tweezing shape, tinting, semi-permanent lamination, and combined lamination, shaping and tint sessions. Lash work covers classic, hybrid, volume, wispy volume and YY or W styles, along with refills, lash lifting with tint, and removal. The Glam Glo Facial is customizable and begins with a consultation, and dermaplaning and a Hydrojelly Vajacial Mask are also offered. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, back, butt and bikini areas, plus single small-area waxes and a Vajacial, which includes cleansing, gentle exfoliation and a soothing mask for the bikini area. Ingrown hair treatment is included in several waxes.

Booking requires a $10 non-refundable retainer, paid right away, which goes toward the service. Some services need a larger deposit, ranging from $3.50 to $150 depending on the service. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal only. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked services, and that fee must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked. Arriving 15 minutes or more late results in an additional late fee. Clients who do not call and do not show must pay for the desired services in full before booking again. Refunds are not given. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.

House calls are offered for a fee starting at $50. The studio also runs a Brazilian wax training course for $600, with a $150 deposit, which includes a starter kit, hands-on practice and a manual. Messages sent through the website contact form go to Jera Concepcion.
