Bookings are made through the studio's online booking page, and a deposit is needed to reserve a time. Each service is listed with its own price, duration and deposit, so clients can see what to expect before they book. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and appointments have a 5-minute grace period. Clients who are unwell are asked to stay home and rebook.

Hours are Monday 9 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 4 PM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
