The menu covers gel and rubber base manicures, a gel pedicure with a callus remover, sugar scrub, hot clay lotion, towel finish and a short massage, and Gel-X and hard gel sets. Acrylic work includes full sets, refills and overlays, and length extensions priced by size. Nail repair and removal of gel or acrylic are also offered. Nail art and rhinestones can be added to most services, including 3D art and encapsulated designs. Portfolio work shows acrylic sets, gel manicures, Gel-X and overlay sets with nail art and 3D flowers. Refills are only done on nails the salon applied, so other acrylic work must be fully removed first.

Services are booked through the salon's Glossgenius page. Deposits are required for most services, are nonrefundable, and are applied to the total on the day. A 60% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 25 hours of the appointment. One reschedule is allowed within the same month with the same deposit, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the booking. Only the client may be in the space. Cash is preferred and paid at the end of the visit, though other payment methods are accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays.
