The Curly Cut is the salon's main service, offered in five versions starting at $250 and taking about an hour or more. It suits people who wear their natural curls regularly and whose hair has had little or no heat damage. Men with curls shoulder length or shorter can book a Men's Curly Cut with a curl set, starting at $200. That service leaves out barber-style fades or tapers, so anyone wanting a shape-up should visit a barber first. Children ages 5 to 12 can book a dry Kids Curly Cut starting at $150, which includes a gentle wash, styling and lessons on curl care. An adult must remain for the entire appointment.

Color services for curly hair include root touch-ups, full and partial highlights, and balayage, which is hand-painted and starts at the mid-shaft and graduates to the ends. Most color and blowout or curl-set combinations are priced from $210 to $435 and require a deposit. Toner can be added to most color services and is applied to wet hair as a deposit that refreshes vibrancy, moisture and shine without peroxide or developer. Root touch-ups must be booked within four to six weeks of the last color service. Straight-hair clients can book a wash and blowdry style or a women's haircut with blowout, and curly-to-straight blowouts are arranged by contacting the salon directly.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean, air-dried, detangled hair that has little or no product in it. Hair consultations and luxury extension consultations are free and take about 30 minutes or more, and an extension consultation is required before any installation is booked. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, incur a 50 percent fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 but must be approved before the appointment. Five curly sets can be bought together as a package for $300, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
