Haircuts include a blow-dry and style.

Extension work includes sew-in weft installs, a hidden bead sew-in weft method, bead push-ups, tape-in installs, K-tip and I-tip installs, K-tip removal, and extension maintenance. Custom color and extension packages and custom hair installs are priced individually.

Consultations can be held in person or by phone at no charge, which is a practical first step before a larger color or extension service. For in-person bookings of $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available, but clients must be approved before the appointment.

Booking policies are firm. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 50% fee of the scheduled service, and no-shows or cancellations carry a 100% fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened, adjusted or moved, depending on the service and availability. Deposits, which range from $25 to $800 depending on the service, count toward the total but are non-refundable if a client cancels or reschedules.
