Bookings are made through the online booking platform, and a valid card is needed to book and hold every appointment.

Color is the core of the menu. Options include full and partial glamour balayage with toner and a professional blow dry, full and partial highlights, all-over color with blow dry, color melts with or without a blow dry, glosses, and root touch-ups. Color correction is also offered, and new clients booking it are asked for a $100 deposit. A free 15-minute consultation is available for anyone deciding what to request.

Extension work includes seamless hair extension placement, a free 30-minute consultation to match extensions to a client's own hair, move-ups recommended every four to six weeks, bead replacement, and removal. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service total, no-shows are charged in full, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may require rescheduling. Children under 10 are not permitted during appointments because of limited space. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
