Hair extensions are the studio's main focus. New guests complete a digital pre-consultation before booking a $25 consultation, which is required before a first install. Extension services use a packaged price that covers the hair, installation, a blending cut, styling, a photo shoot, a beverage, a snack or lunch, and a take-home gift. Pricing beyond that depends on the method and the look a guest wants. Methods offered include wefts, tape-ins, K-tips and fusions, and toppers, and premium hair is available in a range of colors and textures to match natural hair. Hair replacement solutions are offered for women with thinning hair, hair loss or low density.
Extension maintenance is scheduled as a follow-up 4 to 6 weeks after the first application, and the studio recommends returning every 4 to 8 weeks depending on method and hair texture. Maintenance options include resewing beaded wefts by the row, tightening beaded wefts, refitting tape-ins and toppers, and mesh integration. Extra add-ons may be needed if more work is required.
Color and blonding services include classic root touch-ups, all-over color for grey coverage or darkening naturally dark hair, and customized highlights by foil or balayage. Signature sessions include a bond infusion treatment and toner. Keratin smoothing and a 30-minute scalp treatment with exfoliation, stimulation and growth serum are also offered.
Each visit includes complimentary refreshments such as snacks, seasonal drinks, bottled water, coffee, wine and mimosas. Shampoo service comes with warm towels and aromatherapy, and phone chargers and wifi are available. Visits end with a style lesson, a photo shoot if the guest agrees, and stored color formulas for future appointments. Product recommendations are available for purchase. All sales are final, except exchanges, and there are no refunds or returns.
