Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. If a client cancels late or does not come in, the card on file is charged 50% of the service cost as a non-refundable fee. Arriving more than fifteen minutes after the scheduled time counts as late.
Add-ons such as French tips, nail designs, hydration treatments, nail repair and removal of dip, gel or acrylic from another salon cannot be booked alone. Each must be added to a main manicure or pedicure.
