Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be made online through Galaxy Access or by calling the salon. Clients are asked to tell staff what is currently on their nails and to ask about length, shaping and design add-ons before booking. Clients who have a design in mind can bring it in, and staff help choose a service and confirm any design add-ons.

Manicures come in regular polish, gel and French styles. Pedicures are listed in five options.
