Problems such as chipped nails, fading color or similar issues should be brought to the salon within 48 hours of the visit, and the salon offers a free fix for them; such problems can be corrected within three days of the appointment. Once a service has been completed, the salon does not issue refunds, so anyone unhappy with a result is asked to speak up before leaving the chair. Gift certificates can be purchased, but every gift card purchase is non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash.
