Color work leads the menu. Options include blonding and balayage with hand-painted lightening, foiliage that combines foils with hand-painted lightening, platinum card blonde, partial and full foil highlights, and vivid or fashion color, which is a double process applied after a consultation. Color services include a blowout and finished style unless noted otherwise.

Some appointments run long, and a few services take five or more hours. The stylist gives an estimated length before each appointment. Guests may bring a book, laptop, phone or tablet, and headphones are requested for videos. Food or snacks are suggested for visits longer than two hours, and quiet services are available on request.

Booking is online and requires a $25 deposit that is applied to the total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and changes can also be requested by text, phone call or social media. Refunds are not offered, but service concerns raised within seven days can be met with a complimentary adjustment. Children are not permitted during appointments, and clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule.
