Extensions are installed with the salon's patented Glamour Locks Hair Extension System, which places a tension strap tool between the scalp and the extension hair to spread weight over a wider area. Sew-in installations are built in four steps: a foundation row, a track, the weft sewn in, and a blending cut. No glue, tape or tight braiding is used. The salon describes this method as non-damaging and says extensions can last up to a year with proper care. Move-up appointments every six to eight weeks are recommended to keep the wefts in place.

The hair is 100% single-donor human hair with the cuticle kept intact, and it is either virgin or minimally processed to match a chosen tone. Remy hair is not used. Standard lengths run from 16 to 24 inches, and longer pieces up to 33 inches are produced selectively. Custom length and color matching is offered for blondes, brunettes and custom shades, along with custom toning. A consultation is required before the first extension appointment to assess hair type, goals and color, and a clear quote is provided before any appointment is booked.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers coloring, balayage, highlights, lowlights, toning, cuts, blowouts and chemical treatments. Private esthetician treatment rooms are rented weekly or monthly in Newport Beach and Anaheim Hills. Both locations are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and are closed Sunday; Mondays are for calls and texts only. Clients from across North Orange County and the Inland Empire visit the Anaheim Hills salon.

The salon's philosophy is that extensions should be installed in a way that works with natural hair, using a tension strap to spread weight rather than glue or tight braiding.
